Pheasant Breast (2 per serving)
Stove Top Stuffing
Roll Pheasant Breasts in Shake-n-Bake and set aside.
Make stuffing according to package instructions.
Spoon stuffing between two Pheasant Breasts.
Wrap bacon around Pheasant Breasts and secure with tooth picks.
Place on foil wrapped cookie sheet, sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
